On Saturday, April 18, 2026, the educational conference “Money Talks. Beginner’s Investor’s Day,” organized by the XTB Foundation, took place at Multikino Złote Tarasy in Warsaw. The event was aimed at people interested in starting to invest and gaining basic knowledge about how financial markets work.
The conference was open to the public and free of charge. Participants included students, young professionals and individuals seeking to organize their knowledge of personal finance. They filled the largest auditorium at Multikino in Złote Tarasy, and more than 3,100 questions were asked during the presentations. The program included a one-day series of lectures and meetings with experts, during which participants could learn about basic topics such as budget management, investing in stocks and passive instruments, as well as financial security and cyber threats.

- Dr Michał Masłowski – Vice President and co-founder of the Association of Individual Investors, educating investors on long-term investing;
- Jarosław Fuchs – financial and capital markets expert, former Vice President of Bank Pekao, also specializing in blockchain;
- Artur Bilski – Director of Blockchain and Stablecoins at Autopay, an expert in financial digitization, tokenization, and payment innovations, with over 14 years of experience (including at EY, Binance, and PKO BP);
- Bogumił Jeżewski – Head of Regulated Markets at XTB, licensed investment advisor and securities broker;
- Michał Stajniak – Deputy Director of the Analysis Department at XTB, specializing in the commodities market, holding the CFA designation, and publishing analyses in the financial press;
- Aleksander Jabłoński – Financial Markets Analyst at XTB, specializing in macroeconomics and the Forex market, currently studying quantitative finance at the Sorbonne;
- Damian Bielecki – data protection and compliance expert (GDPR), Deputy Data Protection Officer at XTB, known online as “The GDPR Guy”, popularizing legal knowledge in an accessible way;
- Dorota Skowronek – entrepreneur, investor, and psychologist, author of the book “Bieda Mental”, combining the psychology of money with investment practice and teaching how to build conscious, long-term financial independence;
- Monika Madej – economist, financial educator, and journalist, specializing in saving, investing, and managing household budgets;
- Radosław Chodkowski – financial and investment educator, known for simplifying stock market topics and helping beginner investors choose stocks;
- Miłosz Brzeziński – mental coach, business consultant, and lecturer (including at the Polish Academy of Sciences), author of self-help books such as “Głaskologia” and “Miejski pustelnik”, specializing in behavioral psychology and effectiveness, particularly in the context of work and everyday life;
- Adam Wdowczyk – a blockchain architect with over 20 years of experience in finance, specializing in tokenization, digital assets, and DeFi;
- Karolina Nowicka – personal finance expert, known as “The Savings Lady”, educating her community (over 160,000 people) on how to save effectively and manage a budget, particularly in the context of women;
- Hubert Świerczewski (“Pankracy”) – creator of a popular educational channel on finance and investing (over 170,000 subscribers), making financial knowledge accessible to a wide audience.
The conference was organized under the patronage of the Polish Economic Society and the Association of Individual Investors. The event program featured presentations by financial market practitioners, educators, and analysts, who shared their experiences and presented various approaches to financial management and investing; special guests included Agnieszka Radwańska and Grzegorz Krychowiak
The organization of the event is part of the XTB Foundation’s educational initiatives aimed at promoting knowledge about personal finance and the functioning of capital markets.
