Following the recertification process in July 2026, XTB retained its Great Place To Work® Poland status, which it first received in 2025. The certification is awarded to organizations that create a high-quality work environment and positive employee experiences.
XTB has officially joined the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG). This decision marks another step toward supporting the company in implementing XTB’s sustainable development strategy and building its capabilities.
