In October and November 2025, the XTB Foundation organized preventive health screenings at the Warsaw office as part of the Pink October and Movember campaigns. During the two-day initiative, 299 screening tests were performed, including ultrasound examinations of the thyroid, breasts and testicles. The screenings were available to all employees and were conducted in convenient conditions without additional formalities.
The initiative allowed employees to check their health through preventive screenings and encouraged regular monitoring of physical condition. It was particularly important to provide screenings for men, who statistically undergo preventive tests less frequently. In 2024 alone (January–October), women had breast ultrasounds 12.5 times more often than men had testicular ultrasounds. This disparity highlights the need for further education for men on preventive healthcare, especially regarding cancer.1
Additionally, in the last quarter of 2025, XTB organized flu vaccinations and first aid training, available to employees at the Warsaw office.
XTB employees also have year-round access to a co-financed medical package, which provides consultations with doctors as well as diagnostic and specialist tests at private healthcare facilities.
