An increasing number of women are becoming interested in financial management and investing. For some, starting to invest may involve the need to gain additional knowledge or experience — this need led to the creation of an initiative by XTB.
XTB runs the She Invests [CZ] initiative, aimed at women interested in investing. The project includes educational and communication activities designed to present the basics of investing in an accessible way.
The initiative was developed by XTB’s Czech-Slovak market team, including Monika Holzknechtová (Event & Community Manager) and Petra Novotná (Marketing Project Manager), in cooperation with the marketing team. She Invests is a long-term initiative and includes, among other things, the creation of educational materials and activities aimed at a community interested in financial topics.
According to XTB’s internal data, the share of women among clients in the Czech Republic increased from approximately 8–9% in previous years to nearly 16% in 2025. In Slovakia, an increase from around 7% to almost 19% was recorded over the same period. These figures are internal and relate specifically to XTB clients.
As part of the initiative, materials on the basics of investing are published, and informational and community-oriented activities are organized. The scope and outcomes of these activities depend on many factors, including the level of audience engagement and the availability of content.
XTB does not present this initiative as a guarantee of achieving specific investment results or as a tool for ensuring specific financial outcomes for participants. Investing involves risk.
