We are an organization based on diversity and we actively work to strengthen it. Diversity is an integral part of our strategy - since 2021 we have been a Signatory of the Diversity Charter, and in 2024 we implemented our first Diversity Policy.

We are pleased to announce that our HR policy has been recognized in the prestigious WPROST ranking. In the ranking of the best employers, considering various criteria such as employment dynamics, salary growth, diversity factors, and charitable activities, we secured the 1st place among companies in the financial sector.

This is a historic success for our company. Additionally, in the overall ranking, we achieved the 15th place, which is an advancement of 11 positions compared to our debut last year. XTB Investor Relations Recognized!

We made an impressive debut in the annual Investor Relations survey prepared by the "Parkiet" Stock Exchange and Investors' Newspaper. In the ranking that includes the 30 largest companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, we achieved very high positions.

In the voting by institutional investors and analysts, our investor relations ranked 2nd, while in the voting by individual investors, we ranked 7th. In both cases, we significantly stood out above the average scores awarded. We sincerely thank all investors and analysts for appreciating our work in the area of investor relations. For years, we have prioritized credibility and transparency in our communication, and we are delighted that this has been recognized.

XTB S.A. has been honored with the title of Brokerage House of the Year 2023! Record financial results, a record number of new clients, and the continuous development of our product offerings and proprietary investment platform have resulted in winning the "Brokerage House of the Year 2023" category.

We thank the contest committee for recognizing our hard work towards the development of the Polish capital market. Most importantly, we thank our employees, without whom this recognition would not have been possible. This is the second consecutive year that XTB has been honored at the "Bulls and Bears" gala, organized by the "Parkiet" Stock Exchange and Investors' Newspaper. However, we do not intend to stop and will continue to pursue our mission of democratizing the world of investments. The award at the "Bulls and Bears" gala was accepted on behalf of XTB by Pawel Szejko, Member of the Management Board and CFO.

Omar Arnaout, CEO of XTB, has once again been recognized as one of the highest-rated CEOs of publicly traded companies.

XTB exceeded its first million clients in Q1 2024, and from then until the end of last year it acquired another 368 691 clients, ultimately reaching a record number of 498 438 new clients at the end of 2024 (+59.8% y/y). Similarly to the number of new clients, the number of active clients was also record-breaking and increased from 408 528 to 658 520, i.e. by 61.2% y/y. Thank you for your trust!
