To The Moon – an Ambassadorial Development Path at XTB

16.02.2026

“To The Moon” is an initiative aimed at XTB employees interested in developing communication skills and engaging in employer branding activities. The program includes activities related to content creation, public speaking and participation in employer branding initiatives.

Participants in the program take on the role of XTB Ambassadors, presenting selected aspects of working at the company from an employee’s perspective. Participation is voluntary and takes place as part of additional activities.

As part of the program, participants may, i.a.:

  • develop communication skills, including content creation and public speaking,
  • take part in employer branding activities,
  • participate in photo sessions and use materials supporting communication.

The program is conducted in 6-month cycles. During each cycle, participants engage in various activities that are monitored based on the program’s internal guidelines.

Examples of activities include:

  • publishing content on social media platforms,
  • participating in industry events, webinars or meetings,
  • preparing expert materials,
  • other activities aligned with the program’s objectives.

Each cycle includes summary meetings and progress reviews. Participants also have the opportunity to stay in contact with the program coordinator and use dedicated communication channels.

“Participation in the program provides an opportunity to gain experience in communication and to engage in team-based activities. We are pleased to see continuously growing interest — the program attracts more and more participants.”

– comments the program’s author, Justyna Leśniakiewicz, Culture & Engagement Lead at XTB S.A.

The “To The Moon” program is developmental and organizational in nature. Its outcomes depend on the individual engagement of participants and the scope of activities undertaken, and it does not constitute a standalone basis for assessing the organization’s impact or its business performance.
