“To The Moon” is an initiative dedicated to employees who want to consciously develop their personal brand and competencies, while actively supporting the employer branding of XTB. The program provides space to take action and experiment with new formats. It combines skills development, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within an engaged and creative community.
Participants act as XTB Ambassadors. They present the company’s organizational culture and the day-to-day work of teams from an employee’s perspective — authentically and without filters. Participation enables them to gain and develop practical competencies that can be directly applied in their professional and communication activities.
As part of the program, Ambassadors:
- develop skills in copywriting, public speaking, and personal branding on social media (e.g., LinkedIn),
- take part in a professional photo session,
- receive dedicated company gadgets and promotional materials (SWAG),
- showcase XTB’s organizational culture and the realities of working at the company as part of employer branding activities.
The entire initiative runs in 6-month cycles, during which Ambassadors carry out image-building activities. These are then verified and evaluated based on a transparent points system that allows progress tracking for all program participants.
The activities subject to evaluation include:
- communication activities on LinkedIn,
- preparing and delivering presentations at industry meetings, conferences, and webinars,
- writing articles and creating other expert content,
- additional initiatives aligned with the program’s objectives.
Maintaining active participation in the program and access to dedicated training sessions and recognitions depends on meeting the minimum point requirements in a given cycle. At the beginning of each cycle, Ambassadors individually define the focus areas of their activities, taking into account their current responsibilities. Since the program includes both lower- and higher-engagement activities, participation can be flexibly tailored to individual professional capacities.
Each cycle includes two mandatory meetings:
- Mid-cycle health check (online) – a review of completed activities, presentation of the current points status, and discussion of plans for the upcoming months.
- End-of-cycle summary – a wrap-up meeting including presentation of results, analysis of statistics, and participation in dedicated training for active Ambassadors who have achieved the minimum point threshold.
Participants have the opportunity for regular meetings with the program coordinator to discuss goals, initiatives, ideas, and further development directions. Additionally, each Ambassador has access to a dedicated communication channel enabling ongoing information exchange, sharing of best practices, and mutual support.
“Participation in the program is a valuable experience that creates space to test new activities, gain practical skills, and co-create an integrated community. We are delighted by the continuously growing interest — year by year, it attracts more and more people. This is the best proof that at XTB, we play as one team. By developing employees’ personal brands, we support their growth and strengthen their confidence in communication. This translates into their engagement, the quality of the XTB brand and products, and how we are perceived in the market.”
– comments the program’s author, Justyna Leśniakiewicz, Culture & Engagement Lead at XTB S.A.
The “To The Moon” Ambassador Program is not just a project, but a long-term investment in people and the organizational culture of XTB. By combining competency development with a real impact on the company’s image, the program supports the creation of an engaged community of experts who authentically and responsibly represent the company externally. It is an initiative that demonstrates that a strong employer brand is built from within – by passionate, knowledgeable employees who are ready to take action and share their experience.
