In mid-2024, the internal educational program “Natural Investment” was updated and its implementation extended to all employees across all XTB S.A. offices and subsidiaries.
The program aims to provide information and guidance on office work organization and resource management practices. It is educational in nature and is not presented as an indicator of the company’s environmental impact or as a tool for assessing ESG strategy implementation.
Examples of measures introduced at XTB’s Warsaw Headquarters include:
- Signage at light switches, kitchens, and printers – intended to remind employees about responsible use of office equipment and resources.
- Containers for used batteries in kitchens – enabling employees to dispose of batteries in designated collection points for proper recycling.
