XTB Becomes a New Member of the Polish Association of Listed Companies

15.07.2026

XTB has officially joined the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG). This decision marks another step toward supporting the company in implementing XTB’s sustainable development strategy and building its capabilities.

Joining SEG is a strategic move for XTB aimed at dynamically developing its capabilities in three key areas: corporate governance, investor relations, and sustainable development. The Polish Association of Listed Companies is currently the largest and most influential organization of publicly traded companies in Poland, dedicated to the development of the domestic capital market and representing the interests of issuers on both the Polish and international stages.

Joining the Polish Association of Listed Companies is a natural step for XTB, one that aligns with our approach to building relationships with investors and fostering responsible business practices,” We want to support initiatives that contribute to the development of the Polish capital market and build trust in public companies.

– emphasizes Paweł Szejko, Member of the Management Board for Finance at XTB.

This partnership will enable broader, more integrated support for various areas of XTB’s business operations and allow for substantive alignment with the company’s current needs.

Joining SEG provides the XTB team with extensive expert and educational resources. Among other things, the company gains:

  • the opportunity to consult directly with leading market experts on current operational challenges,
  • full access to a knowledge base, specialized webinars, recordings, and conferences on non-financial reporting and disclosure requirements,
  • ongoing monitoring of upcoming legislative changes in the areas of ESG, investor relations and reporting, taxes, and HR and compensation.

For a rapidly growing technology company like XTB, integrating ESG issues into corporate governance and investor relations is the foundation for building long-term value. SEG’s active participation in legislative work, consultations, and the promotion of best practices will enable XTB to respond even more effectively to the challenges of today’s responsible financial market. At the same time, we inform you that we have resigned from our membership in the Responsible Business Forum in order to expand our external support to other areas of our company.
