In June 2025, XTB employees took part in the Trust Index Survey conducted by Great Place To Work, based solely on their opinions and experiences working at XTB. Based on the results received and the vast majority of positive responses, we have become a certified Great Place To Work® employer!
At XTB, we know very well that employee satisfaction must be among our priorities. In order to maintain the highest standards and improve the comfort of work for our team, we examine the level of satisfaction of our team every year. This year, however, we went a step further. In June, the Human Capital Management Department of XTB S.A. invited all employees to share their opinions in the Trust Index Survey Great Place To Work® - a global authority on workplace culture, whose mission is to support companies in becoming great places to work.
In the survey, 88% of employees found XTB to be a great place to work, which is 4 pp. higher than the national average among large Polish companies.
We have just been Certified by Great Place To Work! This distinction is particularly important because it is based on employee opinions. I am proud that together we are creating a workplace that provides opportunities for development, implementation of interesting projects, where well-being is taken care of, a sense of belonging and mutual respect is cultivated. I am glad that being part of the XTB team, people derive real satisfaction from what they do!

We are constantly developing our organizational culture, providing employees with a safe space to develop and share their passions because sustainable development is action, innovation, education and carries the message of our business. To connect, we organize integration events, promote a healthy lifestyle, well-being and sports activity. We focus on open communication and integration of international XTB teams and organize pro-social and pro-environmental campaigns in response to the needs of sharing the good of our employees.
