Following the recertification process in July 2026, XTB retained its Great Place To Work® Poland status, which it first received in 2025. The certification is awarded to organizations that create a high-quality work environment and positive employee experiences.
The certification was awarded based on the results of the Trust Index™ Survey, in which XTB employees anonymously evaluated their experiences working at the organization. The survey covered areas such as trust, teamwork, communication, organizational culture, and an overall assessment of the workplace, and the decision to award the certification was based solely on employee feedback.
