We are delighted to announce that XTB has won an award based on the results of a poll in the prestigious Capital Market Heroes 2025 competition, organized by the Association of Individual Investors, in the category: Best dividend policy among WIG20 and mWIG40 companies. This confirms that our daily work and commitment have been appreciated by investors – one of XTB’s key stakeholder groups.
A responsible and well-thought-out dividend policy strengthens the sustainable development of XTB, both in terms of corporate governance and society, increasing the confidence of ESG investors and demonstrating long-term, responsible capital management. The Capital Market Heroes awards are an important confirmation for us that the direction in which we are developing our services and products, as well as our dividend policy, meet the real needs of investors.
The awards ceremony took place during the ForFin 2025 – Finance and Investment Forum, one of the most important events in the financial industry, which brings together capital market leaders every year. The award was received on behalf of XTB by Beata Kowalczyk, Investor Relations Specialist at XTB.
In this year’s edition of the competition, XTB received nominations in three categories:
- Listed company
- Dividend company
- Investment product – for XTB Investment Plans
