XTB’s Best Practices Featured in the FOB Report “Responsible Business in Poland 2025”

For another year in a row, XTB’s initiatives have been included in the Responsible Business Forum’s report “Responsible Business in Poland 2025: Best Practices.” The latest, 24th edition of the publication was presented on June 17, 2026, during the “ESG Ideas Fair 2026” conference in Warsaw.

This year’s compilation includes two initiatives implemented by XTB S.A., concerning employee development and communication on ESG issues.

The report describes the following practices:

• The “To The Moon” Ambassador Program – an initiative aimed at employees interested in sharing their professional knowledge and developing their communication skills. The program is based on the principles of employee advocacy and includes a series of training sessions on communication, public speaking, and personal branding. It was initially launched as a pilot in the Product and Technology Department and subsequently expanded to other teams within the company. [ARTICLE]
  
• XTB S.A. ESG Portal – a platform launched in 2025 that serves as a central, publicly accessible source of information for stakeholders interested in the company’s activities in the area of sustainable development. The portal compiles information on, among other things, strategic goals, non-financial data, business strategy objectives, and the activities of the XTB Foundation.

We are pleased that both initiatives were included in this year’s edition of the report, which for years has presented examples of best practices implemented by companies operating in Poland and provides an overview of activities in the areas of responsible management and stakeholder relations.
