On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the anniversary conference of the Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu titled “Business Transformation – Future Scenarios” took place, during which the report “Responsible Business in Poland 2024. Good Practices” was presented.
In this year’s edition of the publication, selected activities carried out by XTB were included for the first time. The report prepared by the Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu is an annual overview of initiatives undertaken by companies operating in Poland. The publication has a review-based character and includes activities submitted by organizations across different areas of their operations.
The initiatives submitted by XTB include:
An update of the ESG Strategy for 2024–2027, covering defined objectives and actions implemented within the organization. Learn about the XTB ESG Strategy
