An increasing number of women are becoming interested in financial management and investing. For some, starting to invest may involve the need to gain additional knowledge or experience — this need led to the creation of an initiative by XTB.
XTB runs the She Invests [CZ] initiative, aimed at women interested in investing. The project includes educational and communication activities designed to present the basics of investing in an accessible way.
The initiative was developed by XTB’s Czech-Slovak market team, including Monika Holzknechtová (Event & Community Manager) and Petra Novotná (Marketing Project Manager), in cooperation with the marketing team. She Invests is a long-term initiative and includes, among other things, the creation of educational materials and activities aimed at a community interested in financial topics.
According to XTB’s internal data, the share of women among clients in the Czech Republic increased from approximately 8–9% in previous years to nearly 16% in 2025. In Slovakia, an increase from around 7% to almost 19% was recorded over the same period. These figures are internal and relate specifically to XTB clients.
As part of the initiative, materials on the basics of investing are published, and informational and community-oriented activities are organized. The scope and outcomes of these activities depend on many factors, including the level of audience engagement and the availability of content.
XTB does not present this initiative as a guarantee of achieving specific investment results or as a tool for ensuring specific financial outcomes for participants. Investing involves risk. Before making any investment decisions, you should familiarize yourself with the risks and terms of the products offered.
Remember! Investing involves risk. Invest responsibly.
On March 22, 2026, the 20th anniversary edition of the Warsaw Half Marathon and the “Run for Five” (5 km race) took place. The XTB Running Team, composed of 64 employees, participated in the event, competing over distances of 21.097 km and 5 km.
Earlier, in September 2025, some employees took part in the Praska Piątka run. Participation in subsequent sporting events resulted from employee interest and their activity in this area.
My participation in this year’s New Balance 5K Run had a personal significance. It was a chance to test my limits, and it was also a great joy to be able to run side by side with my colleagues from XTB. Thanks to the cheering and familiar faces, I gained extra energy, which allowed me to cross the finish line with full commitment. I’m looking forward to the next events!
– comments Aleksandra Zgorzałek, Office Assistant
Participation in the event was voluntary. Employees prepared for the race individually as well as through group training sessions. The race route ran through the streets of Warsaw, and approximately 25,000 people took part in this year’s edition.
Employee participation in sporting events is one form of extracurricular activity and is not treated as an indicator of business performance or an element of organizational impact assessment. Initiatives of this kind may support team integration and provide opportunities to spend time together outside the work environment. Their significance and outcomes are organizational in nature and depend on the individual engagement of participants.

At the end of 2025, XTB once again participated in the Szlachetna Paczka initiative, a nationwide program supporting individuals and families in difficult life situations. This year, XTB’s support was directed to a single mother with four children in Warsaw.
Thanks to the involvement of XTB employees and the XTB Foundation, which provided additional financial resources, it was possible to prepare packages tailored to the family’s actual needs. The packages included everyday essentials as well as gifts suited to the children’s needs and wishes. Additionally, the provided funds enabled the purchase of items such as kitchen cabinets and desks for the children, improving the family’s daily living conditions.
The highlight of the initiative was the “Weekend of Miracles,” during which the packages were delivered to the family by Szlachetna Paczka volunteers. The efforts of XTB and the XTB Foundation demonstrate how employee and organizational collaboration can provide support in a thoughtful, comprehensive and effective manner.
We thank all employees who contributed to preparing the packages and the XTB Foundation for the financial support that made this initiative possible.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, representatives of XTB’s Cypriot company took part in a tree-planting initiative in the village of Vouni, Cyprus, in an area affected by a summer wildfire.
The initiative was organized by a non-profit organization and brought together more than 150 volunteers, including 13 XTB employees. The activities involved planting trees in a designated area.
The aim of the initiative was to support local efforts to restore areas affected by the fire. The scale and long-term environmental effects of such activities depend on many factors, including the continued maintenance of the plantings, climatic conditions, and land management practices. The participation of XTB employees was voluntary. At this stage, the company does not publish data on the measurable environmental impact of this specific activity.
We invite you to view the photo report from the event.
In October and November 2025, the XTB Foundation organized preventive health screenings at the Warsaw office as part of the Pink October and Movember campaigns. During the two-day initiative, 299 screening tests were performed, including ultrasound examinations of the thyroid, breasts and testicles. The screenings were available to all employees and were conducted in convenient conditions without additional formalities.
The initiative allowed employees to check their health through preventive screenings and encouraged regular monitoring of physical condition. It was particularly important to provide screenings for men, who statistically undergo preventive tests less frequently. In 2024 alone (January–October), women had breast ultrasounds 12.5 times more often than men had testicular ultrasounds. This disparity highlights the need for further education for men on preventive healthcare, especially regarding cancer.1
Additionally, in the last quarter of 2025, XTB organized flu vaccinations and first aid training, available to employees at the Warsaw office.
XTB employees also have year-round access to a co-financed medical package, which provides consultations with doctors as well as diagnostic and specialist tests at private healthcare facilities.

This year’s edition was organized by XTB’s security team, with support from Security Champions—employees serving as security ambassadors within the company. This collaboration enabled the planning and execution of a variety of educational activities.
The initiative’s goal was to increase employees’ knowledge of cyber threats and to promote the adoption of security principles in daily organizational activities.
The activities included among others:
- threat simulation through the distribution of specially prepared USB flash drives,
- security riddles and puzzles to develop critical thinking,
- weekly cybersecurity quizzes,
- mandatory training to reinforce key fundamentals,
- live webinars with the opportunity to ask experts questions,
- visual materials and messages displayed in the office space,
- company-wide phishing simulation to test our vigilance.
“The world of technology is accelerating every month, but one thing remains key – an aware employee. That is why continuous education and good habits are our best shield.”
– comments Filip Dzwonek, IT Security Specialist
For us, Security Month is a part of a broader strategy to build cyber resilience. Thanks to our joint efforts, we are strengthening the security of us all.
