On Sunday, September 28, 2025, employees of XTB’s Cypriot company, together with their family members and other participants, took part in a beach clean-up initiative organized by ICPAC (the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus). The participation was initiated by Georgia Georgiou, Managing Director | Head of Finance at XTB Ltd and XTB Services Limited.

The activities took place at Governors Beach in Limassol and included collecting waste such as plastic, glass, and other municipal debris. Approximately 120 people participated in the event.

The aim of the initiative was to support local clean-up efforts. The scale and durability of the effects of such activities depend on many factors, including the frequency of similar initiatives, ongoing waste management practices, and the behavior of users of the area.

During the event, first aid training was also conducted. Participants took part in workshops on the Sustainable Development Goals and received information on waste segregation principles and basic recycling methods.

Participation by employees was voluntary. The company does not publish data on the measurable environmental impact of this specific initiative. Activities of this kind are part of employee engagement and do not constitute a standalone basis for assessing the company’s environmental impact or the achievement of its strategic objectives.

XTB’s participation in the #2h4family social campaign has become an annual practice. In May 2025, the XTB Group once again joined the initiative, allowing employees to finish work two hours earlier so they could spend more time with their families and loved ones.

The #2h4family initiative provides employees with the flexibility to organize their personal and professional lives according to their individual needs. Participation is voluntary and practical, helping employees manage their time more effectively and enjoy meaningful moments with their families.

XTB supports the campaign not only by taking part but also by promoting it across its offices. In 2025, the company was recognized by the Humanites Institute for its involvement and for spreading the idea of #2h4family among employees.

Implementation of #2h4family is part of XTB’s employee care initiatives, allowing staff to benefit from a shorter workday during the campaign. The initiative aligns with practices that support organizational flexibility and work-life balance.

On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Warsaw’s Praga district hosted the 10th edition of the Wizz Air Night Praga Half Marathon and the accompanying 5K race – Praska 5K Run. Employees of XTB S.A. and representatives of the XTB Foundation also participated in the event.

Over 100 XTB employees chose to take part in one of the two distances – the half marathon (21 km) or the 5 km run. This was the largest number of participants registered by a single company in this edition of the event.

Participants had the option to join a voluntary preparation program, which included training sessions and online meetings led by a coach. The program was designed to support employees in preparing for the race and was available to all interested staff members.

The race included both regular runners and participants taking part in this type of event for the first time. The course was organized by the event organizers and included support stations and musical entertainment along the route.

According to Tomasz Gogol, Principal Engineer at XTB, participating in the event was an opportunity for physical activity and for connecting with colleagues outside the usual work environment. He also emphasized the importance of prior training preparation.

Participation in the event was voluntary and focused on the physical activity of employees and organization representatives.

XTB Running Team

At XTB, we consistently develop solutions aimed at enhancing investment security. In response to growing cyber threats, we have implemented additional safeguards as well as educational initiatives for our clients.

According to XTB data, cybersecurity incidents affected 0.017% of clients, and in each case, two-factor authentication (2FA) was not enabled. This feature has been available since 2024, and since July 2025 also in the form of TOTP, supported by popular authentication applications.

Clients who reported a loss of funds as a result of cybercriminal activity are covered by the complaint process. XTB is contacting them directly to carry out the reimbursement process. At the same time, we are conducting educational activities in cooperation with industry media, we are delivering the “Scamming Out” campaign, which explains how to recognize fraud attempts and better protect personal data. We are also continuing to develop our technological solutions, with additional features planned to increase account control, including the ability to quickly log out from all sessions and additional mechanisms to monitor activity.

Our goal is to provide tools that support clients in investing and managing their funds securely.

– emphasizes Omar Arnaout, CEO of XTB S.A.

Even though July weather hasn’t quite felt like summer, we look back fondly on the XTB June Picnic when the sunshine showed up right on cue.

More than 700 people from XTB came together to kick off the summer and spend some time outside the office. It was a great opportunity to slow down for a moment, have conversations in a more relaxed setting, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

On June 4th in Warsaw, we spent the day outdoors, taking part in activities, games, and shared moments. For many, it was also a chance to connect with colleagues they don’t usually get to work with on a daily basis.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope that positive summer energy stays with us for a long time. ☀️

In June 2025, XTB employees took part in the Trust Index Survey conducted by Great Place To Work. The survey is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback about their workplace experiences. Based on the results, XTB received the Great Place To Work certification.
