We have been awarded with the title of Best Employer in the Finance category by WPROST magazine. The award was received by Monika Charytonik, HR Director of XTB S.A. during a ceremonial gala, where she shared insights about working at XTB, the specialists we are looking for and how we ensure work-life integration.
XTB S.A. is a Polish brokerage house with a global reach, operating for over two decades and offering clients access to thousands of financial instruments listed on the world's most popular exchanges through its proprietary xStation platform. On June 12th, during the prestigious Polish Business Gala by Wprost, where awards were presented to the winners of the Polish Top 200 rankings, including the 200 largest Polish companies, XTB S.A. received the title of Best Employer in the financial sector. The award was accepted on behalf of XTB S.A. by Monika Charytonik, HR Director at XTB S.A., who commented on the award:

As every year, we decided to celebrate Children's Day together at XTB. This time we combined the celebration with the International Day of Families and invited the children of XTB S.A. employees to join in the festivities, where various attractions awaited them.
As one of the larger Polish employers, we understand how many of our employees balance their professional lives with their roles as parents every day. Therefore, once again, we invited our children to celebrate Children's Day together at the XTB headquarters in Warsaw.
Over 100 young guests enjoyed numerous attractions, including chess workshops, polymer plaster workshops, animations, eco-bag painting workshops and family kite-making activities. During the ESG activities, children could symbolically plant their own tree by painting it on a piece of paper and pinning it to a corkboard. In return, participants received honorary diplomas and we funded the actual planting of trees on their behalf. Older children could participate in programming workshops.
The joint celebration was an ideal opportunity to show the children their parents' workplace and spend quality time together while having fun.
Once again in 2024, we joined the #2h4family initiative – a global social movement bringing people closer together! #2h4family is a social campaign aimed at building strong relationships. On a global scale, the Two Hours for Family campaign counteracts the crisis of bonds and symbolizes the integration of work and private life under the motto: "We have one life in many roles."
To celebrate together, we invited everyone to transform International Family Day into a day dedicated to reflecting on the quality of our relationships with loved ones, as strong and deep relationships with family and friends are essential for our happiness, development and well-being.
We care about work-life balance of our employees, which is why this year, the headquarters joined the initiative once again and for the first time all XTB branches participated. In most locations, the event was celebrated on May 29, 2024 and on that day, we shortened the working hours by 2 hours (a few branches chose to celebrate on May 31 and June 7).
As a continuation of the #2h4family initiative, we also plan to organize a Family Day at the headquarters in Poland at the beginning of June, giving children the opportunity to better understand their parents' workplace and engage them in many creative activities and educational games.

On April 22, millions of people around the world celebrate Earth Day. It is a great opportunity to highlight the global issues our planet faces and engage in actions to protect the environment and combat climate change. We also took actions with the help of our volunteer employees celebrating this day together in the bosom of nature while doing something useful for it in accordance to our ESG strategy.
On Friday, April 19, we celebrated World Earth Day with a team of XTB volunteers while cleaning up Kabacki forest. Although the weather that day was full of surprises, we did not discourage ourselves from taking action and each volunteer filled more than one bag received from by the City Forests with garbage abandoned in the reserve.
After hard work, everyone could warm up by a bonfire with sausages. At the end, a surprise of XTB gadgets awaited all XTB volunteers (caps, first aid kits, eco-bags and more).
In 2024, we surpassed another employment milestone – our team now includes over 1,000 people from around the world! World Health Day is a time to emphasize the value of preventive actions. On this occasion, for the first time in 2024, we organized health check-ups for interested employees in Warsaw, thus initiating a cyclical event that we plan to repeat every year.
On April 8th, employees of XTB headquarters in Warsaw celebrated Health Day at XTB. Smarter Diagnostics brought devices to our office that analyze body composition and determine biological age, measure neuromuscular control using a stability test on a stabilographic platform and perform a jump test on a dynamometric platform.
We had the opportunity to discuss the results from each device with a 10-person team of dietitians and physiotherapists present in the office. The initiative was very well received, with nearly 160 employees participating in the tests!
At XTB, we understand that regular exercise brings countless benefits to physical and mental health. From improving fitness and strengthening the immune system to reducing stress and enhancing well-being, physical activity is key to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
March is our month dedicated to promoting sports. At XTB we have basketball, football and running teams participating in various competitions. Due to the "Let’s move together!" initiative, we organized webinar for our employees "How to run effectively? – The secrets of running training" to help avoid common running mistakes.
As part of the "Inner Power" workshops conducted by employees for employees, we have already held a table tennis tournament, a chess tournament and we plan to organize a group for badminton enthusiasts.
At XTB, we know very well that passion and hobbies play a key role in everyone's life, including our employees. They influence the development of our skills and creativity, help build relationships with others, and impact motivation, efficiency and job satisfaction. This is why we have created a space for exchanging experiences at XTB as part of the "Inner Power" workshop series.
At the beginning of the year, we launched a new series of workshops at XTB called "Inner Power," where we would share our internal knowledge and skills in various fields! The idea of the workshops is to create a space for meeting and integration, sharing passions and developing various competencies.
Interests and passions allow us to achieve satisfaction, drive us in life, and provide a sense of fulfillment. I believe that discovering and developing our interests not only enriches our personal lives but also translates into greater job satisfaction and efficiency. The "Inner Power" workshops aim to help participants discover their inner strength, develop passions and integrate them with their professional lives, so that every day is full of inspiration and motivation.

The "Inner Power" project was opened by a workshop led by Małgorzata Klimkiewicz, a designer at XTB, who conducted polymer gypsum workshops as part of the Arts&Crafts series. We warmly invite all employees to share their passions and hobbies.
In January 2024, the 10th edition of the "Employee satisfaction survey" was conducted among all employees of the XTB Group. The survey was attended by 54% of employees at XTB worldwide.
As every year, in January 2024, the HR team of XTB S.A. conducted an anonymous "Employee satisfaction survey", inviting all employees of the XTB Group worldwide to participate. The total number of responses was 556. Compared to the previous year, the number of respondents increased by 45.5%. Most responses came from the headquarters, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and Portugal. The areas surveyed included learning and development, motivation, communication, workplace, performance, management and relationships.
The survey results indicated that collaboration, relationships and performance are the highest-rated areas at XTB and teamwork was identified as one of our strongest points for the ninth time. In the area of communication, 93% of employees have very good relationships with team members. 85% of respondents agreed that they received the resources needed to perform their job duties effectively and 80% stated that they have the opportunity to implement their own ideas. Nearly 87% of employees said they would recommend XTB to family and friends as a great place to work. Training development was identified as an area for improvement.

As every year we participated in the "Noble Gift" (Szlachetna Paczka) campaign to support chosen family fulfilling theirs needs. The readiness and commitment of our employees once again proved that together we can make a real impact on improving lives of people facing difficulties.
Another "Weekend of miracles" is behind us. The family we decided to help this year received 31 packages and a refrigerator from XTB. Thanks to our employees, we were able to meet all the needs specified by the family and additional products were purchased with the collected funds.
Employees had the opportunity to support the campaign through individual donations, purchasing products themselves or contributing to a donation box. The immense happiness and emotion of the recipients were beautiful confirmations that once again as a team we did something valuable.
