In the fall, the XTB Foundation returns to high schools with an educational program on financial management and investing. In the edition that will start in September, we will meet with almost 5,000 students all over Poland, recruitment for the next one was closed in just over a week.
Already in September, mentors – financial market practitioners will start workshops in high schools and introduce high school students to the secrets of the stock exchange, financial management, investing and building good financial habits. Right after them, Q&A sessions with XTB experts will take place. Thanks to this, young people will have the opportunity to ask any question about financial markets to people who know everything about it.
We will tell participants about the principles of financial management, building good habits, we will calculate compound interest and consider which items in the budget are whims and which are actual needs. We are constantly working to bring young people closer to the world of finance and convince them that everyone can be financially safe.
The program is run by the XTB Foundation in cooperation with the Trampki na Giełdzie Foundation. Its first edition was inaugurated in June 2024 and was met with great enthusiasm and commitment from participants. More about the first edition XTB Foundation cooperates with “Trampki na Giełdzie”
In 2024, southwestern Poland experienced a catastrophic flood that inundated hundreds of households, causing material losses estimated at over PLN 5 billion. XTB Foundation joined the nationwide social campaign “Postcards from the Flood,” which aimed to support local tourism, by engaging in a mentoring and grant program for entrepreneurs from the affected areas.
As part of the initiative launched by AWX agency, 600,000 postcards were sent to residents across Poland, encouraging visits to the regions impacted by the flood. The postcards were printed at a printing house located in one of the flood-affected areas, further supporting local businesses.
The “Business Restart” mentoring and grant program provides entrepreneurs with financial, educational, logistical, and legal support. XTB Foundation participates in the program by offering grants for projects related to ecology, environmental care, and sustainable development. These efforts aim to help local businesses rebuild and grow after the natural disaster.
Everyone can contribute by sharing information about the campaign, promoting it on social media, or visiting the regions involved, thus supporting local tourism and the economy.

At the end of May, we celebrated Family Children’s Day at the XTB office in Warsaw. Many attractions and delicacies awaited the youngest guests and their parents, which made the time spent together at their parents’ workplace more pleasant.
At XTB, we know well how important family relationships are and we consciously support the work-life balance of our employees. On the occasion of this year’s Children’s Day, we decided to once again transform our office in Warsaw into a place for meetings and fun, inviting employees and their children to celebrate together on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
This year, every parent working at XTB headquarters could independently plan a day with their children in the office. The planned attractions were adapted to the children’s age. Older children could take part in programming classes and DIY workshops as part of the Inner Power program, led by Małgorzata Klimkiewicz – a graphic designer at XTB.
We invited younger children to the smart play zone in Smart Kids Planet – a modern educational and entertainment center for children, combining fun with learning. There, they could, e.g., play smart shopping without plastic or responsible waste segregation. After the workshops and fun, each parent could take their child on a tour of the shared office spaces or relax in our chill room, playing board games, chess or table football.
Moreover in the XTB kitchen we served our guests with waffles, ice cream, popcorn and refreshing fruit lemonades. 🍋

On Wednesday, May 20, 2025, employees of XTB’s Headquarters participated in the “Clean River” initiative organized by the Clean River Foundation in cooperation with the XTB Foundation.
The activities took place on the banks of the Narew River near Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. As part of the initiative, volunteers collected waste from a designated section of the area. In total, approximately 1,500 kilograms of waste were collected, including bottles, cans, and other municipal debris.
A group of employees took part in the event on a voluntary basis. The initiative was part of recurring volunteer activities in which company employees regularly engage.
During the event, a lecture on waste reuse was held, along with a presentation of works created from materials collected during the clean-up.
Activities of this kind support local clean-up initiatives. Their effects are local in nature and depend, among other factors, on the continued maintenance of the area and the scale of similar future actions.
Volunteer activities are one element of the company’s organizational initiatives. XTB does not publish data on the long-term environmental impact of this specific initiative.
In May 2025, employees across the XTB Group once again participated in the “Two Hours for Family” initiative, which promotes a balance between professional and personal life. On a designated day, employees finished work two hours early to spend additional time with their families.

XTB Group has previously served as an ambassador for the #2h4family campaign and received recognition for promoting the initiative within its offices. In 2024, the company’s activities in this area also included an event promoting work-life balance during Family Day celebrations at the Warsaw XTB office.

In the first quarter of 2025, the XTB Foundation became a strategic partner of two educational initiatives. On Friday, March 21, 2025, the XTB Group published its first report in accordance with the CSRD Directive and ESRS reporting standards. The entire process was supported by analyses and preparations and was subject to limited assurance certification by an independent audit company.
The XTB Group began reporting on sustainability in 2022, when it published its first ESG report for 2021. This was an important event that allowed for a broader discussion on the needs and opportunities of XTB in the ESG area. It was then that the first ESG Strategy was created, which summarized the activities in a cross-sectional manner, but also drew attention to their most important aspects.
The year 2024 can be regarded as the next stage in XTB’s approach to sustainable development. During this period, the ESG Strategy was updated to include new strategic directions and objectives, and sustainability was integrated into the Group’s mission and vision. The activities of the XTB Foundation were also strengthened, focusing on youth education in Polish schools, while preparations for expanded sustainability reporting enabled the organization to better track and report on future indicators and initiatives.
The XTB Group 2024 Sustainability Statement presents the company’s activities in a structured and comprehensive manner. This initiative allowed for a systematic and more detailed view of various aspects of the organization’s operations, facilitating further planning of ESG-related actions.
