XTB MENA Limited

On January 9, 2021, XTB MENA Limited, based in the UAE, was registered. On July 11, 2021, it received a notification from the DFSA granting the company a license to operate in the UAE, effective from July 8, 2021. The company provides brokerage services.

XTB Agente de Valores SpA

The company was established on February 17, 2017. The company provides services consisting in acquiring clients from LATAM countires. In March 2025, the company received a securities agent license in Chile, where the regulator is Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF). The company gained the ability to offer shares of listed companies from around the world and ETFs.

XTB Limited

The company provides brokerage services based on the authorization issued by CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), license number: 169/12.

XTB Services Limited

On July 27, 2017, XTB S.A. acquired 100% of the shares in Jupette Limited, based in Cyprus. On September 5, 2017, the subsidiary changed its name to XTB Services Limited. The company provides marketing and sales support services.

XTB S.C. Limited

On October 6, 2022, XTB S.C. Limited, based in the Republic of Seychelles, was registered in the local business register. On April 21, 2023, the company received license number: SD148 from the FSA. The company will provide brokerage services. XTB S.A. holds 99.9% of the shares in the company, with the remaining 0.1% held by another subsidiary, XTB Services Limited.

XTB International Limited

On February 23, 2017, XTB S.A. acquired 100% of shares in CFDs Prime Limited based in Belize. On March 20, 2017, the company changed its name to XTB International Limited. The company provides brokerage services based on the permit obtained, issued by the International Financial Service Commission.

X Open Hub Sp. z o.o.

Date of registration in the Business Register: March 8, 2013. The main activity of the company is offering electronic applications and transaction technology.

XTB Indonesia Berjangka

On January 17, 2024, XTB S.A. acquired 90% of the shares in PT Rajawali Kapital Berjangka, an Indonesian derivatives broker regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI). On April 29, 2024, the company changed its name to PT XTB Indonesia Berjangka. In December 2024, it received a PALN license issued by local regulator Bappebti Indonesia. Thanks to it, Indonesian residents will gain access to investing in shares and ETFs offered by XTB.

XTB Financial Consultation L.L.C

On July 25, 2024, XTB Financial Consultation L.L.C., based in the UAE, was registered in the local business register. The company will provide brokerage and financial advisory services. At the end of December 2024, XTB received a license from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) in the United Arab Emirates.

XTB Digital Ltd. under liquidation

On December 5, 2022, XTB Digital Ltd., based in Cyprus, was registered in the local business register. Company in the liquidation process.

Tasfiye Halinde XTB Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş.

On September 15, 2020, the liquidation process of the company in Turkey began.

XTB Africa (PTY) Ltd.

On July 10, 2018, XTB S.A. established the subsidiary XTB Africa (PTY) Ltd., based in South Africa. On August 10, 2021, XTB Africa (PTY) Ltd. received a license from the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) to operate in South Africa.

Omar Arnaout has been associated with XTB since January 2007. Throughout 2007 – 2009 he held the position of the Sales Dealer. In 2009 – 2010 he worked as the deputy director of the Romanian branch of XTB and in 2010 – 2012 as deputy director of the Italian branch of XTB. In 2012 – 2014 he worked as the director of the foreign branches office at Noble Securities Dom Maklerski S.A. and in 2014, he also worked as Sales Director and President of the Management Board of xStore sp. z o.o.

In 2014 – 2016 he held the position of the Retail Sales Director at XTB Limited in the UK and in 2016 he became the regional director of XTB for Poland, Hungary, Germany and Romania. From 10 January 2017 to 23 March 2017 he was a Member of the Management Board of XTB responsible for Sales in the rank of the Vice President of the Management Board and as of 23 March 2017 he is the President of the Management Board of the Company. He graduated in 2005 with a master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Banking and Finance.

Filip Kaczmarzyk started his professional career at XTB in 2007 in the Trading Department in the position of Junior Trader. As of April 2009 he held the position of Deputy Chief Trader. In November 2010 he began working in the CFH Markets in London in the Customer Support Department. From May 2011 to May 2015 he worked at Noble Securities SA, initially as the Director of the OTC Instruments Trading Office, and later as the Director of the Foreign Markets Department. Filip returned to XTB in May 2015 in the position of the Director of Trading Department, as of 10 January 2017 he is a Member of the Management Board of XTB. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics majoring in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems.

Paweł Szejko

Paweł Szejko is a graduate of the Poznań School of Banking (WSB) and from the Poznań University of Economics. He also studied at Aarhus University in Denmark. He holds the Polish statutory auditor qualification and the ACCA IFRS diploma. He started his professional career in 2013 working for audit firms (BDO and PwC), where he audited financial institutions, including banks and investment funds. From 2008 to 2014 he worked as the Director of Finance and as a Member of the Management Board of P.R.E.S.C.O. GROUP S.A., where he participated in its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and managed the finance area in the capital group both at the national and international level.

In October 2014 he joined the brokerage house XTB as the Group CFO and since January 2015 he has been a Member of the Management Board of XTB. Responsible for all financial aspects of XTB activity. Since 2021 he has also managed ESG activities within the XTB S.A. Capital Group.

Jakub Kubacki graduated in 2009 as a Master of Law from Koźmiński University, then he completed his training advocate and in 2013 passed the Bar exam at the District Warsaw Bar Association and was admitted to the Bar. In 2010 he started his professional career at XTB in the Legal and Compliance Department, where since 2012 he has been the Compliance Officer. On 25 April 2018 he became the Director of the Legal Department and on 10 July 2018, he became a Member of the Management Board of XTB. He specializes in capital market law.

Andrzej Przybylski graduated in 1994 with an Msc in Engineering from the Chemistry of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and in 2011 he completed doctoral studies in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 1995, he has a stockbroker license. As of 1995 he has been professionally involved with brokerage houses and offices, up to 1997 with DDM S.A. in Wrocław, then CBM WBK S.A., and up to 1998 with DM BMT S.A. From 1998 he worked at CDM Pekao S.A. as a Specialist broker and animator and then from 2002 as a Risk Management Specialist.

From 2007 to 2010 he worked at UniCredit CAIB Poland S.A. as a Manager in the Compliance and Risk Department. From 2010 to 2013 he was employed at ING TFI S.A. and ING Investment Management (Poland) S.A. as a Senior specialist in risk management and measurement of results. In 2013 – 2014 he was Brokerage Project Business Director and Risk Management Expert at PGE Dom Maklerski S.A. As of 2014 he is Head of Risk Management at XTB and as of 1 May 2019 he is a Member of the Management Board of XTB.
