At the end of 2025, XTB once again joined the Szlachetna Paczka initiative. This nationwide program is based on the idea of thoughtful, meaningful support that goes beyond material aid, helping to restore a sense of security and dignity. Thanks to collective commitment, it is possible to reach people who often face difficulties alone, despite being in real need of help.
As part of this year’s edition, XTB provided support to a single mother of four children from Warsaw who was in a difficult life situation. Thanks to the active involvement of XTB employees, Volunteers, and the XTB Foundation which contributed additional financial resources to enable support activities on a broader scale it was possible to deliver well-considered, comprehensive, and above all genuine assistance that addressed the Family’s most important needs.
The culmination of our efforts was the Weekend of Miracles, during which Volunteers delivered carefully prepared packages put together by our employees. These included essential everyday items as well as gifts fulfilling children’s dreams, tailored to the needs of each Family member. The day brought many touching moments and emotions, especially for the children, for whom the number and contents of the packages were a huge and joyful surprise.
The support provided as part of Szlachetna Paczka also had a long-term impact. Thanks to the donated funds, it was possible, among other things, to purchase kitchen cabinets and desks for each child, significantly improving the comfort and conditions of the Family’s everyday home life.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all employees who took part in organizing and collecting donations for Szlachetna Paczka, as well as to the XTB Foundation for providing the financial resources that made the planned support possible. Thanks to our joint commitment, we were able to provide assistance in a truly meaningful and thoughtful way.
Our shared efforts demonstrate that social responsibility and solidarity have real power to change lives for the better, and that the ESG Strategy is a living document brought to life through the actions of the XTB team.
