XTB’s participation in the #2h4family social campaign has become an annual tradition, and our commitment has once again been recognized. As every year, the XTB Group joined the campaign in May 2025, once again giving its employees the opportunity to finish work two hours early so that they could spend quality time with their loved ones. This is a particularly important campaign for XTB because it supports the building of valuable relationships and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Participation in #2h4Family is not only symbolic — it expresses XTB’s long-standing commitment to promoting and supporting the work-life balance of its team as part of its concern for the well-being of its employees. Building a healthy work environment based on trust, empathy, and flexibility is one of the key areas of corporate social responsibility and strengthening the social and employee pillar of the ESG Strategy.
XTB is not only a participant in the campaign, but also its active ambassador. In this year’s edition, we were once again recognized by the Humanites Institute for our commitment and promotion of the #2h4family idea in our branches around the world. The global implementation of #2h4Family highlights the international reach and inclusive nature of XTB’s social responsibility activities.
For XTB, participation in the #2h4Family campaign is much more than a one-off gesture, but part of a larger whole – an activity consistent with a modern approach to the role of business as an entity that co-creates social values and focuses on the well-being of its employees and their environment, which promotes the development of a strong and responsible organizational culture based on respect and trust.
