We strive to ensure sustainability through a responsible approach to electronic waste management, environmental education for employees, efficient resource management and actions aimed at setting greenhouse gas emission reduction targets within the XTB Group in the future.

XTB Headquarters
Caring about a comfortable work environment, we take concrete actions toward effective office and resource management. In 2022, we moved our headquarters to a building with a BREEAM Excellent certification — an important step in achieving our sustainability goals.
As a result, in 2024, 100% of the electricity consumed at the XTB S.A. Headquarters came from renewable sources (equivalent to 21% of the XTB Group’s total electricity usage). Additionally, in 2025 a detailed waste monitoring system was implemented at the Skyliner office building, supporting us in reporting precise and high-quality data.
Employee engagement
At XTB each employee has the opportunity to devote two days a year to employee volunteering. In 2023, our team participated in a tree planting campaign and a year later we cleaned the Kabacki Forest together. In October 2024, we joined the Elektroeko and UNEP/GRID Warsaw initiative, engaging in the collection of electronic waste.
Educational Program
“Natural Investment”
We aim to build a responsible and cohesive organizational structure by implementing the “Natural Investment” program across the entire XTB S.A. Capital Group.
Climate Policy of XTB
In 2024, we developed the XTB Group Climate Policy based on the analysis of our activities. This is the first step in further development and strenghtening our commitment in the area of environment and climate.
