XTB at the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon and New Balance 5K Run
On March 22, 2026, the 20th anniversary edition of one of Poland’s largest running events – the Warsaw Half Marathon and 5K Run took place. During this year’s race, the XTB Running Team also took to the course, consisting of several dozen company employees.

We are committed to sustainability
Good health and quality of life
We continue to expand our well-being initiatives dedicated to our employees. We have introduced recurring Health Day celebrations, first aid training sessions and actively promote preventive healthcare and physical activity. In 2025, for the second time, we organized health screenings as part of “Pink October” and “Movember.” Once again, our employees also had the opportunity to receive flu vaccinations at our Headquarters office. As part of XTB, we have also started running together and organize yoga, badminton, and basketball sessions
Quality education
As experts in the financial industry, we understand how essential proper education and knowledge are. We support investor education through: an extensive online knowledge base, regular market analyses and our annual XTB Investing Masterclass conference. Our XTB Foundation also builds partnerships to support financial education for school students (e.g., Akademia Jutra. Finanse z Klasą). In 2025, we organized the first edition of the XTB Tech Academy, aimed at launching an internship program supported by educational initiatives in the field of technology.
Gender equality
We recognize that the industry in which the XTB Group operates is characterized by gender imbalance in employment. However, our job offers are addressed to all individuals interested in working at XTB regardless of gender. Hiring decisions are based solely on competencies and experience. In 2024, we increased the representation of the underrepresented gender on the Supervisory Board of XTB S.A., reaching 33% women. Since 2024, we have organized annual training sessions in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and in the same year we introduced our Diversity Policy. We are also a signatory to the Diversity Charter.
Economic growth and decent work
We are building a responsible organizational culture based on mutual respect. We provide stable and competitive employment conditions for our team which is reflected in the fact that as many as 85% of our employees would recommend XTB to their friends and family as a great place to work (Employee Satisfaction Survey, early 2025). In 2025, we received double Great Place To Work certification – one for XTB S.A. and another for XTB’s branch in Germany.
Industry, innovation and infrastructure
As a FinTech company, we develop technology and innovation, delivering our solutions to clients around the world. We strive to make our universal investment app the number one choice on the market. We continuously expand and diversify our investment product portfolio to meet the needs of individuals with different preferences and investment objectives.
Responsible consumption and production
We strive for responsible resource management by raising awareness among our employees, including through our internal program “Natural Investment.” We have eliminated single‑use plastic in our offices in favor of reusable dishes and introduced reminders encouraging mindful use of resources.
Climate action
Since 2024, we have been calculating the full carbon footprint of the XTB Group and have implemented the first XTB Climate Policy. We have also analyzed the locations of XTB offices in terms of climate‑related risks, identifying the sites most exposed to the risk of extreme weather conditions.
Life on land
In 2023, we planted over 2,000 seedlings. In 2024, we cleaned up Kabacki Forest in Warsaw and in 2025, we cleaned up the banks of the Narew River. In 2025, our colleagues also cleaned up a beach in Cyprus and planted trees to help restore the local ecosystem after wildfires affected the area. The XTB Headquarter, as one of the tenants of the Skyliner building, uses a professional waste measurement system called “Waste Tracker,” and all of its electricity consumption is covered by renewable energy sources (in 2024, renewable energy accounted for 21% of the XTB Group’s total electricity usage).
Partnerships for the goals
We are open to collaboration to achieve our strategic goals and the statutory objectives of the XTB Foundation. We are a member of the Polish Chamber of Brokerage Houses and since September 2024 we have been a member of the Responsible Business Forum. In 2021, we became a signatory of the Diversity Charter. Established in 2020, the XTB Foundation engages in partnerships focused on educational, charitable and environmental activities.
