On Saturday, September 5, XTB S.A. employees and representatives of the XTB Foundation once again took their places at the starting line, this time for the 11th edition of the Wizz Air Warsaw Praski Night Half Marathon and the accompanying Praska 5K Run.
Following the recertification process in July 2026, XTB retained its Great Place To Work® Poland status, which it first received in 2025. The certification is awarded to organizations that create a high-quality work environment and positive employee experiences.
XTB has officially joined the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG). This decision marks another step toward supporting the company in implementing XTB’s sustainable development strategy and building its capabilities.

On March 22, 2026, the 20th anniversary edition of one of Poland’s largest running events – the Warsaw Half Marathon and 5K Run took place. During this year’s race, the XTB Running Team also took to the course, consisting of several dozen company employees.
“To The Moon” is an initiative dedicated to employees who want to develop their personal brand and competencies, while supporting the employer branding of XTB.
At the end of 2025, XTB joined the Szlachetna Paczka initiative providing support to a single mother of four children from Warsaw.
